Adeel has 17+ years of experience in the financial services sector including commercial banks, asset and wealth management companies, SPVs, investment and private banks and funds. 

Maha Al Zeir

Talent Acquisition Manager


Maha has 15 years of comprehensive HR experience in different sectors. She had worked with numerous HR Consulting and Support teams.

Ahmad Takatkah

Partner – Debt


Ahmad has 15+ years of active venture experience. He is a Kauffman Fellow and his previous experience includes Carta, KingsCrowd and KC Capital. 

Asia Kabel

Investment Manager


Asia joined Arzan VC in 2020 and prior to that she used to work at KPMG Kuwait advising the Kuwait National Fund (KNF) for small & medium enterprise development and handled funding. 

Dominika Malhas

Communication & Investor Relations Manager

Dominika joined Arzan VC in 2020, bringing with her 10 years of communication experience in the Middle East and Africa. She holds a doctoral degree (PhDr.) in International Relations.

Chairman

Mr. Zainal is the Vice-Chairman & CEO of Arzan Financial Group (AFG; ticker: ARZAN). Among others, he has also been a Board Member of Kuwait International Bank since 2006.

Hashim Gillani

Advisory Member

Mr. Gillani is a President for Industrial Group and Corporate Business Development at Alghanim Industries, one of the largest privately owned businesses in the Middle East.

 

Muhannad Abulhasan

Advisory Member

Mr. Abulhasan is the CEO of Arzan Wealth (DIFC) Ltd. He joined Arzan Financial Group in 2011 as the Executive Director of Investment.

Mohamad Charafeddine

Advisory Member

Mr. Charafeddine is a VP of Data & AI and Product at Careem. He used to work for Facebook (Core ML) and Samsung (Dir R&D AI Lab).
